Representatives
Mall of the Caribbean is a firm believer in the island lifestyle where sales are made from relationships, not primarily from product knowledge and after two years of preparations the time has come to implement our growth program and locate representatives per area of growth.
Representatives are responsible for introducing the represented companies, covering all different areas of business and personal needs, to clients in their assigned area. Sales will be not limited to industrial, commercial, agricultural, retail and wholesale, depended on the offerings of the companies represented. As negotiations are concluded with each company all representatives will be notified by email and given the contract details, procedures, promotions and the responsibilities.
Each representative will be assigned an exclusive geographical area in the immediate vicinity of their domicile, and has needed the area will be expanded until all areas are exclusively distributed. In their assigned area, the representative may contract personnel to assist them in promoting the companies need and/or any assistance the may require. Compensation and responsibility will be solely the representative’s, the personnel will at no time be representative of Mall of the Caribbean, however the representative will be responsible the personnel’s actions and behavior.
Compensation will be solely on a commission basis, a percentage of the gross commission agreed on with the supplying company.
Currently, Mall of the Caribbean is renegotiating all the contracts with over one hundred represented companies, as each contract is signed the company will be added to our web page and procedures will be mailed to each representative.
